This is the soundtrack of the original Kingpin: Life Of Crime FPS PC game which was released in 1999 and published by Interplay. You can find these tracks on the original CD of the game, the numbering doesn't include the data track of the game. The songs with vocals are from the "IV" album.

"Alongside the full versions of these tracks, instrumental versions with the vocals removed were used as backing tracks. Cypress Hill also provided some of the voice acting for the game."

This version was released as the part of the hungarian "PC Guru magazin" 2001/06 issue. Includes Vogel and PC Guru logo and a text about not to be sold seperately from the magazine.
